Terms and Conditions

Shipping Parts will normally ship from our facility within 2-5 business days. Depending on availability, all orders under 50 lbs will ship via UPS ground. Shipments may take up 10 working days depending on the item(s) ordered and the proximity of the shipment. Returns Policy Lawn Equipment Company is not responsible for you our customer ordering the wrong part. When in doubt, please call us and we will help you to find the correct part. We will accept returns within 30 days of the original invoice date.  All returns will have minimum $5.00 re-stocking fee or 20% whichever is greater.  Additional handling and shipping fees may apply (Size, Weight etc.).  Customer is responsible for shipping parts back to Lawn Equipment Company.   All returnsMUST have a copy of the original invoice and parts MUST be in original packaging.  Returns MUST be authorized by Lawn Equipment Company via e-mail/phone with a RGA (returned goods authorization) number before parts can be returned. (Please see contacts page to email us)

The RGA number should be attached and prominently displayed on the outside of goods not written on original packing. Any freight collect shipments or goods without an RGA will not be accepted and refused at our shipping dock.  Parts that cannot be returned:

-All Electrical parts.
-All decals and stickers.
-Any item that has been installed.
-Any item that has been altered in anyway.
-Any and all items that are not in original packaging with part number.
-Special order items not normally stocked. Lawn Equipment Company has the option to refuse any returns that are in question. International Shipments We do not accept International orders at this time. Payment Method We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not accept American Express. Lawn Equipment Company will credit the payment method originally used to purchase the goods sold less the original shipping costs and any handling fees.

Damaged Or Shortages Of Merchandise The shipping company (UPS) is responsible for cartons damaged in transit. Customer should open and inspect merchandise immediately. If the package(s) or carton(s) is damaged please notify the delivery person promptly. Do no throw original package/carton away as the shipping company will need it for inspection. Shortages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery receipt of package(s) or carton(s). Please notifiy Lawn Equipment Company immediately if a shortage occurs.
